our story
Environmental Monitoring Solutions Pty Ltd (EMS) has been specialising in Wetstock Management (SIR Leak Detection and Real-time Fuel Data analytics) and Forecourt Automation (Automatic Tank Gauging, Submersible Turbine Pumps) for the past 25 years.
Our unique skill set coupled with a customer-first, team-based approach to all our product/service offerings, delivers time and again significant value to all clients. We focus on clients specific needs, look at total cost of ownership over asset life cycle that establishes a clear and accurate return on investment, key essentials for management decision making.
Over this time, EMS has developed our own intellectual property to deliver high value, certified Greenscan SIR Leak Detection services, complemented by Fuelsuite our remote monitoring and 24/7 support service that keeps our clients sites operational around the clock, whilst reducing environmental exposure and lowering maintenance budgets.
EMS was acquired by Titan Cloud USA in February 2021, bring together our combine services, solutions and products serving over 55,000 customer retail outs globally. Whilst continuing to do business as EMS, the acquisition provides EMS greater products/solution offering, greater product research and development, sales and management resources and depth in our pursuit of growth globally. Located in Carrum Downs, Victoria Australia, EMS maintains a strong Wetstock support and analysis team complemented with industry experienced engineering, marketing, development and administration personnel focused on our clients business bottom line sustainability.

Russell Dupuy
Managing Director
Russell began his career as a process instrument technician in the early 80’s. When the automotive industry declined, he furthered his knowledge by undertaking studies in Engineering and Business in the 90’s – completing a Master’s degree in Business Administration / Entrepreneurship in 2003.
Since entering the petroleum industry with Veeder-Root as a graduate development engineer, Russell has become a seasoned industry expert and leader with 20+ years experience in leak detection, wetstock management, automatic tank gauging and forecourt automation. His extensive knowledge and business integrity is appreciated and respected throughout the industry.
Russell was the past President of the Australian Petroleum Industry Contractors and Suppliers Association (APICSA Limited), and is a member of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI USA), the Association of Petroleum and Explosives Administration (APEA UK) and the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).
Outside of the workplace, Russell spends his time with his family – enjoying sun, surf and snow, camping, football, food and gardening.

Greg Johnson
Commercial Manager
Greg is a highly experienced strategic adviser, coach and mergers/acquisitions specialist with an extensive range of skills gained over 25 years. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant, Qualified Coach, Accredited Business Consultant, Certified Exit Planner, and licensed Business Broker. Greg has held senior leadership and management roles within a number of publicly listed Australian companies, along with over 10 years of working on Advisory Boards for SME’s which have provided him with exceptional people management, business transformation and financial management skills.
Greg has a keen eye for financial analysis, which he uses to create substantial improvements in business performance. His broad commercial experience and diverse industry background are invaluable in building robust, valuable businesses. Greg’s drive and passion for success empowers clients to develop the right strategies to achieve their business, personal and financial goals.
Greg is the Chair of the EMS Advisory Board and provides ongoing support and advice in the development of EMS business strategy and enhancing business performance.

Erica Scott
Operations Manager
Formerly from a science background with a Bachelor in Applied science and a keen eye for detail, Erica has been with EMS since its inception in 2003. She began her journey with the company as an analyst and quality auditor, which then evolved into the position of Contract & Compliance Manager and finally Operations Manager.
Erica is well known as a talented professional rich in industry experience having served three years in the PICA Vic / Tas Executive and one year as President, where she worked on various EPA guidelines and regulations.
Erica’s focus is to develop and manage our core operations to ensure a smooth, efficient and high quality service which exceeds client’s expectations, whilst also driving innovation, continuous improvement and maintaining a healthy work culture and environment.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys going to the gym, caravanning with her family, reading and cinema.

Deb Vawdrey
Financial Controller
Deb began her career in financial services in the 1990’s as a qualified BAS agent and has since worked in a number of industries prior to joining EMS in 2010, where she manages the day to day accounts receivable & payable, payroll, financial matters and project cost accounting. With a keen eye for details, Deb maintains positive cash flow that is the bedrock of sound financial management.
Outside the workplace, Deb enjoys teaching Yoga, time with family and friends and keeping fit with country walks with her partner and English blue Staffordshire Louie.

Ben Howell
Development Team Manager
Ben Howell is an information systems professional with over 15 years’ experience in a diverse range of technologies, services and support in the IT industry.
His career started in IT providing consulting to the SME space starting up his own IT support business. Over seven years his business provided a wide range of services to hundreds of diverse clients from the elderly trying to send emails, through to administering highly complex redundant systems for businesses with hundreds of computers and servers.
Professional expertise includes physical and virtual infrastructure design, administration advanced networking and business to business integrations, Windows, Linux server administration, database design and business intelligence systems and software development.
Ben is a member of the management team responsible for all things IT at EMS including administration and development of our next generation fuel management portal ‘Fuelsuite’ and ‘Greenscan’ as well as managing our in house software development teams.

Dave Ingram
Support Team Manager
Dave began his career as a fuels systems technician with Email Electronics (later Email Petroleum) in the late 1980’s, predominately specialising in Dispensing, POS/BOS and Bulk Flow metering systems. Since then Dave has further developed his skill set in fuels system automation, specialising in third party systems integration. Dave is responsible for delivering projects ranging from network wide Automatic Tank Gauge and Outdoor Payment terminal deployments through to Forecourt Controller upgrades for clients such as Woolworths, Caltex, 7-Eleven, Shell and many other retail petroleum marketers.
Dave has also been responsible for major fuel system automation projects in Mining with Rio Tinto and FMG, Aviation, and Defence Industries within Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Fiji and the Solomon Islands. Outside of work Dave enjoys his volunteer work with Yarra Valley railway and a rural lifestyle.

Bill Dedrick

Zoran has spent over 25 years in development environments, starting off in hardware then moving to systems level design in the Telco space. More recently he has project managed the Bill is an ardent believer that sales should be managed as a science while encouraging creativity, innovation, and personality. He was an early adopter and practitioner of CRM, high velocity inside sales, sales development reps, and managing to key sales metrics with transparency. He is trained and experienced in multiple sales methodologies and is an avid student of the topic.
Bill has been responsible for company-wide leadership development and enjoys coaching and mentoring individuals, many of whom are now sales executives, CEOs, tech founders and growth capital partners.
Bill graduated from the University of New Hampshire where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He was an all-star player on the two-time conference championship football team.
